THURSDAY, JANUARY 5:

3:00 – 5:00 pm – Masters check-in

  • Front door of Hall A, see “Athletes” sign
  • No parking pass is needed until Friday

FRIDAY, JANUARY 6:

  • 6:45 – 7:15 am – Masters check-in
  • 7:30 – 8:30 am – Masters Briefing
  • 9:00 am – 5:30 pm – Masters Competition Day 1: Events 1 – 3
  • 3:00 – 5:00 pm – Pairs check-in

SATURDAY, JANUARY 7:

  • 6:45 – 7:15 am – Pairs check-in
  • 7:20 – 8:00 am – Pairs briefing
  • 8:05 – 8:30 am – Masters briefing
  • 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – Pairs Day 1 and Masters Day 2 Competition
  • 4:15 – 4:45 pm – Masters Awards
  • 5:00 – 6:00 pm – Pairs check-in at the pool (Clark County Family YMCA)
  • 6:00 – 8:30 pm – Pairs Event 3 at the pool

SUNDAY, JANUARY 8:

  • 6:45 – 7:15 am – Pairs check-in
  • 7:30 – 8:30 am – Pairs briefing
  • 9:00 am – 3:30 pm – Pairs Competition Day 2
  • 3:45 – 4:15 pm – Pairs Awards

WHAT TO EXPECT

Athlete Area: to store your gear and food. Space is limited, ESPECIALLY ON SATURDAY when both masters and pairs will be competing. Please be considerate with the amount of coolers and gear you bring.

Warm-up Area: a small pull-up rig and a few weights and bars. Bring any additional gear you like to use for warming up.

Bathrooms: no showers or ice baths available at the main venue. Showers are available at the pool however.

Medical Team: the athlete area will include a physical therapist, massage therapist, chiropractic support, performance taping and some recovery options. All have donated their time to make your experience better!

Parking: The Event Center charge $6/per car. Free at YMCA

WHAT TO BRING

Food: you can bring coolers and store them in the athlete area (space is limited). There’s also an on-site food concession.

Addition Items:

Swim suit, goggles, swim cap and towel (pairs only).

Jump rope plus any personal equipment you prefer to wear when competing (athletic tape, belts, gloves, sleeves…)

A mat to sit or lay on in the athlete area (the flooring is concrete).
