Here are your Masters movements for the 2019 CrossFit Fort Vancouver Championship! Not all movements listed below will be used for every division. Loading on the barbell movements will be similar to the Open: accessible to a wide range of athletes. The Masters competition will also include one strength event in which athletes will have the opportunity to start light and go heavy! These events are designed to be simple (not easy!) tests of fitness that allow for inclusive participation while also finding the fittest in each division. If you are under 50 and can do a chest-to-bar pull-up or over 50 and can do a chin-over-bar pull-up, you’re good to go! Any questions or clarifications welcome at cfvchampionship@gmail.com.
